NAI Sullivan Group

At The Beach, Inc. has leased a property located at 1300 West Vandament, Suites 2801 and 2901 consisting of 2,600 square feet from Sullivan and Jackson General Partnership. At The Beach opened for business on November 15th and the space will be utilized as a tanning salon and sunless tanning. Robin O’Grady with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
