Sell of N.E. 4th & Vickie

Sherwood Construction Company, Catoosa, OK has purchased a property located at Northeast 4th and Vickie consisting of 29 acres from Baker, Dixon, McCord for $387,829. The land will be utilized as a construction company. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract in Edmond by Carol Richardson.
