Crosslands Development Company, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 15008 Gambels Trail Drive consisting of 1.72 acre from Quail Springs Land Development, L.L.C. for $570,000. The property will be developed to be The Learning Experience, Academy of Early Education.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller.
