Town and Country RV Park of Marlow, L.L.C. has purchased a multi-family property located at 2727 South Highway 81 in Marlow, Oklahoma consisting of 12.5 acres from Andmore, L.L.C. for $910,000. The property will be utilized as an RV Park.  Frank Sheehy and Jeff Lester, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at Stephens County Abstract Company.
