e-tailer, Inc. has leased an industrial property located at 6601 South Air Depot Boulevard consisting of 47,593 square feet from South Air Depot Industrial, L.L.C.  This office/warehouse will be utilized for frozen and refrigerated warehousing, food warehousing and e-commerce distribution. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
