Peak Fitness leases space at Del Crest Shops

Shawnee based Peak Fitness has leased a retail space at the Del Crest Shops located at 4721 Southeast 15^th Street consisting of 16,000 square feet from LS II Land Company, L.L.C.  This will be Peak Fitness’ second gym.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Lessee and Lessor.
