Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Inc. has leased an industrial property located at 7501 Southwest 29^th Street consisting of 96,990 square feet and 3 acres from Oklahoma City Property, L.L.C.  This property will be utilized as a storage and distribution facility. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee.
