Prestige Worldwide LGX, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 300 Northeast 46th Street consisting of 13,156 square feet from JDH, L.L.C. for $725,000.  The facility will be utilized as a storage warehouse.  Amber Ambrose with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Trustmark Title Acquisition Group, L.L.C. by Pam Hartley.
