AIMS Companies has leased an industrial property located at 2616 South Ann Arbor Avenue consisting of 8,200 square feet from 2616 Ann Arbor, L.L.C.  This facility will be utilized as storage.  Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessor.
