Land Sold in Enid!

Restaurant Holdings, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 1505 West Owen Garriott Road in Enid consisting of 1.14 acres from HPI ENID, Winlen, LP for $600,000. The property will be utilized as a Wendy’s fast food restaurant location.  Sam Swanson and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at First American Title Insurance Company.
