Wheelhouse Development Purchases Shopping Center in Norman

The investment group Wheelhouse Development, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 2224-2300 West Main consisting of 78,315 square feet from Normandy Creek, L.L.C. for $5,850,000.   This property is Wheelhouse’s second acquisition in the Norman, Oklahoma market. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group brokered the transaction.
