Shipley's Do-nuts leases space on N.W. Expressway

Carpo Oklahoma Operations, L.L.C. has leased a retail property located at 5750 Northwest Expressway consisting of 1,422 square feet from H.T. Kurkjian.  This property will be utilized as a Shipley’s Do-nuts.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee and the Lessor.
