Sagiruddin Ahmed has purchased a retail property located at 1145 North Midwest Boulevard consisting of 0.43 acres from Kevin H. Nguyen for $65,000. The property will be remodeled into a Mechanic Shop.  Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company by Connie Calaway.
