Space at 1244 N.W. 4th Street Leased

Sherpa Moving Company and Storage Inc. has leased an industrial property located at 1244 Northwest 4^th Street, Suite 100 consisting of 6,385 square feet from Linwood Development, L.L.C.  This property will be utilized as a location for their storage and office space.  Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee and the Lessor.
