Wall Street Properties, L.L.C. Buys 1136 North Robinson

Wall Street Properties, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 1136 North Robinson consisting of 5,574 square feet from MIG Investments, L.L.C. for $1,000,000. The Seller will lease back the property from the new owner for a year then the new owner plans to occupy the property after renovations. Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group worked with the Seller.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title in Norman with Kelly Clark.
