The French Tulip Sold

CLEVYR, Inc. has purchased a retail property located at 912 North Classen Boulevard consisting of 7,080 square feet from Todd Schrag for $850,000. The facility will be utilized as a new office location for CLEVYR, Inc., a computer software development group.  Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Buyer. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Lisa Yates.
