Multi-family on 21st Street sells to Randy Smith

Randy Smith has purchased a multi-family property located at 1009 Northeast 21^st Street consisting of 3,494 square feet from Allen Cottman for $215,000.  The facility will continue to be a multi-family apartment complex with four units.  Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Lisa Yates.
