Aventine Hill Properties has leased office space at Quail Ridge Tower located at 11212 North May Avenue, Suite 305 consisting of 788 square feet from QRT Properties, L.L.C.  Aventine Hill Properties is a real estate investment company and this location will be utilized as an office space. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
