Industrial Sale at I-40 & Western

GSG Properties, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 1000-1004 Southwest 5^th Street consisting of 1.37 acres from TS Equities, L.L.C. for $283,000.  The facility will be utilized as an industrial sales location.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Lisa Yates.
