6600 South Western Sold

Six Six Zero Zero, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 6600 South Western consisting of 5,000 square feet from New 51^st Street, L.L.C. for $279,000.  The building will be utilized as a medical facility.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Ana Nix with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at First American Title and Trust Company by Pilar Beare.
