2501 North Waverly Sold

Ponca City Development Authority has purchased an industrial property located at 2501 North Waverly in Ponca City consisting of 31,342 square feet from KCI Enterprises, Inc. for $800,000.  The facility will be utilized as an industrial/aircraft facility.  Irmon Gray and Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Security Title Services, Ponca City by Steve Boone.
