4500 North Lincoln Sold

Generations Holding, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 4500 North Lincoln Boulevard consisting of 7,558 square feet from Trinity Investment Partnership for $430,000.  The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
