Giau, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 6414
Northwest Cache Road consisting of 6,000 square feet from Rich Rentals, L.L.C.
for $700,000. The facility is currently
leased as a work out center and this was an investment purchase. Irmon Gray
with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Capital Abstract and
Title Company by Dawn Brooks.
