6021 South May Sold

Harry and Betty Summan, Raji and Harwinder Bindra have purchased a retail property located at 6021 South May Avenue consisting of 1,404 square feet on 0.82 acres more or less from Roaring Forks Associates for $310,000.  The land will be used for parking/expansion and the building houses a Subway restaurant.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the Buyer.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title Company by Mary Gardner.
