Edge 500, L.L.C. Purchases New Building

Edge 500, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 7100 North Classen consisting of over 7,312 square feet from Cooper Brothers Limited Partnership for $804,320.  The building will be used as the corporate office for Cowan Group Engineering, L.L.C.  Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
