Historic office building sells in Midtown

Yellow Rose Realty, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 725 Northwest 11^th Street in the popular Midtown area consisting of 2,918 square feet from Concilia, L.L.C. for $595,000.  The property will continue to be a multi-tenant office building.  Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
