Newcastle Plaza Sold

Hassan Mazrouee has purchased a property located 611 Northwest 32^nd Street in Newcastle consisting of 15,300 square feet from Newcastle Plaza, L.L.C. for $2,250,000.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title Company by Mary Gardener.
