6819 North Shartel Sold

Bob E. Barnard has purchased 0.32 acres more or less located at 6819 North Shartel for $125,000 from J B Rayne Investments, L.L.C.  The owner plans to redevelop the property for a potential office building and small warehouse. Lee Bollinger, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title.
