Local investor buys two uptown properties

Jarred D. Smith, L.L.C. has purchased 804 Northwest 23^rd Street consisting of 3,504 square feet and 808 Northwest 23^rd Street consisting of 3,724 square feet from Brick & Mortar Investments, L.L.C. for $170,000 each. These will be used as modern loft style apartments in the redeveloping Uptown area of Oklahoma City.  Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Capital Abstract ant Title Company by Lisa Kalman.
