Classen Plaza Shops Sold!

Ali and Zinat Alimoradi have purchased Classen Plaza Shops located 3501 North Classen consisting of 15,147 square feet from NGS Properties, Inc. for $1,150,000.  The Buyers intend to hold the property for investment purposes. Lee Bollinger, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title Company.
