Coastal Chemical Company has leased a property located at 4045 Northwest 64^th Street, Suite 500 consisting of 3,566 square feet from Lakepointe West, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as general office.  Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM and Kelsey Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
