Edmond Land Sold

Edmond, Oklahoma—May 2013 

Edmond Public School System has purchased an 80 acres land site located at the southeast corner of Air Depot and Covell. The Seller was IPE, Inc. a California intermediary.  The site is a possible location for a future High School for the City of Edmond.  The sales price was $3,000,000.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Jackie Hatton.
