Industrial Warehouse Sold

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—May 2013 

Day-Falla, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial warehouse located at 1138 N.W. 5^th Street consisting of 13,000 square feet from HGM Investments, L.L.C. for $190,000.  The facility will be utilized as a warehouse.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title Company by Jennifer Johnson.
