4004 West 10th Street Sold

El Reno, Oklahoma—May 2013 

Premiere, Inc. has purchased a property located at 4004 West 10^th Street consisting of 20 acres from Barbara A. Waller for $290,000.  The facility will be utilized as a distribution center.  Irmon Gray and Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at First American Title Company-El Reno by Nancy Hrdy.
