Wilshire Blvd, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 7021 West Wilshire Boulevard consisting of 13,200 square feet from AQC, L.L.C. for $1,410,937.50. The property will be utilized as an investment. Nathan Wilson, David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held Chicago Title Oklahoma Company by Dawn Brooks.
