Land in Union City Sold

The Town of Union City has purchased land located at 20915 East Highway 152 in Union City consisting of 13.29 acres from Marcus Feddersen for $350,000.  The property will be utilized as an investment.  Amber Ambrose with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Jackie Ogilvie.
