3621 N.W. Expressway Leased

Metropolitan Library Commission of Oklahoma County has leased a retail space located at 3621 Northwest Expressway consisting of 10,000 square feet from Desert Home Communities of Oklahoma, L.L.C. This facility will be utilized as a temporary home while Belle Isle location is being remodeled.  David Hartnack, Nathan Wilson & Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessor.
