Purrfect, L.L.C. doing business as Aristocats Cat Hotel has purchased a parcel located at 1040 West Hefner Road consisting of 0.75 acre more or less from Hail Yeah Investments, L.L.C. for $125,000. The new owners will be building a new structure on the parcel in addition to using the existing building. Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Jami Doland.
The Village Tag Agency has leased a property located at 10443 North May Avenue in Village Park South consisting of 1,600 square feet formerly occupied by the Mail Room. After a few modifications to the space, they plan to open on April 1st under the new name Village Tag Agency.
