Thephachanh for $719,000. The property will be utilized as a daycare facility. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Chris Miller with Western Branch Properties, L.L.C. represented the Buyer. Closing was held at Titan Title Company by Jacqueline Falkenberry.
