Desmalchi, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located at 3845 Northwest 10th Street in Oklahoma City consisting of 9,467 square feet on 0.32 acres more or less from 3837 NW 10th, L.L.C. for $295,000. This building will be utilized as an investment. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Oklahoma Prime Title and Escrow Company by Teresa Koeppe.
