First Captain OKC, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located at 12007 North I-35 Service Road in Oklahoma City consisting of 1,360 square feet on 0.49 acres more or less from Glory to God Properties, L.L.C. for $270,000. This building will be utilized as an investment. Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and RJ Jimenez with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Seth Bullard with Keller Williams provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma Prime Title and Escrow Company by Teresa Koeppe.
