Arthur’s Air Conditioning and Heating, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 4845 Southeast 44th Street in Norman consisting of 14,128 square feet on 2.5 acres from H9 Property, L.LC.  This space will be utilized as office and storage for the HVAC company. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee.
