1814 Northwest 1st Street Sold

Patriot Gutters, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located at 1814 Northwest 1st Street consisting of 5,000 square feet from the Argo Capital Management Corporation for $495,000. The property will be utilized as new location for Patriot Gutters.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Company of Oklahoma by Michaela Jennings.
