1137 North Meridian Sold

BH Associates 2, L.L.C. has purchased an office building at 1117 North Meridian Avenue in Oklahoma City consisting of 4,576 square feet from A&E Properties, L.L.C.  for $460,000. This building was purchased as an investment. The owner plans to remodel the building and lease out the vacant spaces. Nathan Wilson, David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Alison Nobs.
