4721 Southeast 15th Street Leased

Shawnee based Peak Fitness is opening their second location at 4721 Southeast 15th Street in Del City.  The new 16,000 square foot fitness facility was leased from LS II Land Company, L.L.C. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services for the transaction.
