4701 Southeast 15th Street Leased

BioLife Plasma Services, LP has leased their second metro location at 4701 Southeast 15th Street in Del City consisting of 12,900 square feet from LS II Land Company, L.L.C.  BioLife will use the new plasma donation center to collect plasma used in life-saving pharmaceuticals. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services for the transaction.
