123 & 129 East Main Street Sold

Charles Doll, Trustee of The Cole & Reese Boyette 2019 Trust has purchased an office property located at 123 and 129 East Main Street consisting of 10,590 square feet from South Prairie Land and Cattle Company, L.L.C. for $1,100,000. The property will be utilized as an investment. Amanda Sullivan and Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company.
