5130 South Harvard Leased to BioLife Plasma Services

BioLife Plasma Services, LP has leased a retail property located at 5130 South Harvard in Tulsa, OK consisting of 20,000 square feet from Irmas Hoblob, L.L.C. This space will be utilized as a plasma donation center. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services for the Lessee.
