Eshelton Real Estate Holdings, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 3410 Northwest 135th Street consisting of 2,779 square feet from No Fun Holdings, L.L.C. for $500,000. The property will be utilized as an investment.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
