Seneca Companies has leased an industrial property located at 3901 South Thomas Road consisting of 5,364 square feet from New Frontier Properties, L.L.C.  This property will be utilized for parts distribution and construction equipment storage. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
